Hammerton Hills is a newly established luxury housing development on the outskirts of York, England. The client asked me to put together a proposal of how the new development could be showcased to the general public. This process involved creating a minimalist monogram logo based on the idea of two interlinking 'H' characters that represent stable and robust construction methods with a luxury flair. I was also responsible for creating a series of home illustrations to be used as part of an advertising campaign. Marketing leaflets, signage and floorplan diagrams were also supplied as part of this proposal.
